Hotel Eden - Levico Terme

The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. We were pleasantly surprised by the prices of both the rooms and the amenities offered. The staff provided excellent attention to detail, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and addressed our needs promptly. The location of the hotel is simply breathtaking. Situated near a quiet lake and surrounded by stunning mountains, it provided a picturesque backdrop for our holiday. It was a paradise for nature lovers like us.

All was generally fine, with just a minor issue that could be improved.

The view from the window was spectacular. It was a relaxing experience. Suitable place for vacation in Levico Terme. Hotel was situated a few steps away from Fort Vezzena.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The breakfast selection, including freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee, was fantastic. The hotel's location close to the central street and its cozy interior made our stay even better. And the spa facilities were a definite plus.

From the rooms, guests can enjoy stunning vistas down to the lake below and towards the majestic mountains behind. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with daily attention and towel changes. the elegant dining room serves delicious food, and the owner acts as a friendly and efficient 'Maitre D.' the hotel also offers a spa, pool, sauna, and a rooftop garden area with sun-loungers and beautiful views.

The breakfast was good with a variety of options. the location was very convenient for exploring the city. the room was clean and comfortable with a nice view.

The staff at this hotel were very unfriendly and unhelpful. We had multiple issues with our room, including a broken shower and a loud noise outside our window all night.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the mountains, offering great value for money. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with daily room service ensuring comfort throughout your stay. The location, with stunning views down to the lake below, makes it the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. The friendly staff and delicious breakfast add to the overall delightful experience. From the reviews, I appreciated the fact that they offer a spa, even if for an additional fee, as it shows they prioritize the health and well-being of their guests.
